Coast to Coast Vision (CTC) has contracted with over 12,500 retail optical locations nationwide to give our members 20% to 60% discounts on eyeglasses, contact lenses (excluding disposables), nonprescription sunglasses, and other items offered at retail. To access providers in their area, members call the toll-free number 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Since CTC is not insurance, there are no forms to fill out, claims to file, or waiting periods. Most frames, lenses, and specialty items such as tints, scratch resistant coatings, and ultraviolet protection are available and there is no limit the number of times the member and their family may use the benefits during the year. Members can use their own eye doctor or any CTC doctor for an eye exam. Discounts on eye exams are available in many areas.

CTC also contracts with ophthalmologists (M.D.'s) in selected markets across the United States to provide members with discounts on eyeglasses, contact lenses, eye exams, and surgical procedures (including PRK and LASIK surgery) where available. Members call a toll-free number to access a participating physician in their area. If there is not an ophthalmologist close by, members may give their doctor's name, address, and phone number to a CTC representative and (s)he will be invited to join the program.

In keeping with the CTC tradition of contracting with both chain and independent providers, CTC contracts with national chain laser surgery centers to provide discounts on refractive laser surgery. In addition, we contract with independent ophthalmologists who also provide discounts on refractive surgery.
