Coverage is effective the from the day of enrollment. For example, if you enroll in the plan on the 7th day of the month you will be charged on the 7th of the next enrollment month. If you need dental services immediately you will have full use of the plan within 48 hours of enrollment. (Remember, there are no waiting periods and pre-existing conditions are covered immediately.)
	You will be able to print a temporary membership card right from your own printer which will contain your name and membership number. (Any dependents on your policy will have the same membership number.)
	Call a participating dentist for an appointment and be sure to mention that you are a member of the Cigna Dental Network Access plan. Your permanent card will arrive in 10 days.
